INFORMACIJE PROGRAM FESTIVALA SALVIA GLEDALIŠKE SKUPINE ORGANIZACIJSKI ODBOR GLEDALIŠČE VEČ O LJUBLJANI SPONZORJI VSTOPNICE SALVIA Dragi prijatelji, ob zaključku 5. evropskega festivala 'Salvia', ki je potekal v Antwerpnu, Belgija od 10. do 15. novembra 2008, nam je v čast razglasiti, da bo 6. festival gostila Slovenija v Ljubljani, in sicer od 2. do 9. oktobra. Spremljevalni program festivala, ki bo potekal od sobote, 2. do sobote, 9. oktobra, in na katerem bodo nastopile evropske gledališke skupine, bo zajemal naslednje dejavnosti oziroma prireditve: razstave, delavnice, konference, izmenjave izkušenj, vodeni ogled mesta ter gala večerjo za vse gostujoče gledališke skupine. Nastopile bodo različne gledališke skupine in sicer na naslednjih področjih: gledališče, poezija, vizualna umetnost, ples in komedija. Predstave bodo časovno omejene kot sledi: za gledališko predstavo 40-50 min., plesno predstavo 20 min., poezijo 3-5 min., predstavo vizualne umetnosti 3-5 min. ter komedijo 20 min. Stroški za vsako skupino ne smejo presegati zmožnosti organizatorja, in sicer bo organizator financiral bivanje 5 oseb - igralcev ali tehnikov - iz vsake skupine. Za financiranje obiska ostalih gostov mora poskrbeti vsaka skupina sama. Prav tako gredo stroški potovanja v breme gostujoče skupine. Če vašo gledališko skupino zanima gostovanje na Evropskem kulturnem festivalu, se, prosimo, prijavite, tako da čimprej pošljete posnetek predstave na DVDju. Ob tej priložnosti vas želimo spomniti, da si omenjene datume shranite v vaše urnike in da čimbolj razširite novico o festivalu. Vse ostale informacije, ki jih boste potrebovali za vašo udeležbo na Festivalu, vam bomo sporočili pravočasno. Veselimo se dopisovanja in snidenja z vami, Salvatore Falletta, predsednik Damjan Šebjan, podpredsednik Muriel Prevot, sekretarka SALVIA - Evropska organizacija za kulturo gluhih Evropska organizacija za kulturo gluhih je bila ustanovljena na pobudo Salvatoreja Fallette. Sedež organizacije je v Bruslju in ji predseduje g. Salvatore Falletta. Cilji te organizacije: • organizirati vsake 2 leti festival za razvoj in promocijo kulture gluhih v Evropi, - 1. festival je bil organiziran od 3. do 8. novembra 1997 v Bruslju (Belgija) - 2. festival pa septembra 1999 v Moskvi (Rusija) - Festival v Madridu je bil odpovedan (Španija) - 3. festival pa od 18. do 23. novembra 2004 v Münchnu (Nemčija) - 4. festival od 22. do 27. maja v Helsnikiju (Finska) - 5. festival od 9. do 16. novembra 2008 v Antwerpnu (Belgija) - 6. festival od 2. do 9. oktobra 2010 v Ljubljani (Slovenija) • predstavljati gluhe umetnike v svetu kulture in umetnosti, • podpirati kulturne in umetniške izmenjave v znakovnem jeziku za evropske gluhe umetnike, • osveščati slišeči svet o umetnosti in kulturi gluhih ter o gluhih umetnikih in kulturnikih, • organizirati usposabljanja v znakovnem jeziku za gluhe umetnike v okviru socialnega napredka. Nameni organizacije: - podpirati in spodbujati izmenjave v znakovnem in oralnem jeziku med gluhimi in slišečimi umetniki, - predstavljati organizacijo v Evropi in v evropskih organizacijah, - sodelovati z drugimi kulturnimi in umetniškimi organizacijami gluhih, - spodbujati informacijske izmenjave ter izmenjave eksperimentov med evropskimi organizacijami, ki delujejo v korist gluhih. Priprave za naslednji festival so v polnem teku. Vse evropske države vabimo k sodelovanju na Festivalu SALVIA 2010. Evropska združenja gluhih prav tako vabimo, da se pridružijo organizaciji SALVIA. INFORMATION PROGRAMME FESTIVAL SALVIA PARTICIPATING THEATRE GROUPS ORGANIZING COMMITTEES THEATRE MORE ABOUT LJUBLJANA SPONSORS TICKETS SALVIA Dear friends, At the end of our 5th European Festival »Salvia« which proceeded in Antwerp (Belgium) of the 10 - 15 at November 2008, we are pleased to announce to you that the 6th Festival will be held in Ljubljana, Slovenia from 2rd to 9th 2010. In a supporting program from Saturday,October 2rd till Saturday 9th, different European theatre groups will perform, there will an art exhibition, workshops, a conference, guided tours, feedback and a gala dinner in the end with theatre group of Europe. With different groups: theatre group, poetry, visual vision, dance and comedy. The theatre group is during 40/50 minutes, dance is during 20 minutes, poetry 3/5 minutes, visual vision is during 3/5 minutes and comedy is during 20 minutes. For costs must not go beyond the scope, the organizer can beat for each theatre group the expenses only for accommodation for 5 actors or technicians from October 2rd till 9th in a good hotel (8 nights with breakfast). Theatre group can take more actors than 5 actors, but theatre group must pay for more actors. Each theatre group has to carry the costs for travel and expenses itself. If your theatre group is interested in taking par the European Culture Festival with a performance, please register with the form and DVD attached as soon as possible. The head office is located in Brussels and is chaired by Mr. Salvatore FALLETTA. Objectives of this association: • To organize a Festival of art and culture biennially (every 2 years) in Europe - The 1st festival was organized in Brussels (Belgium) from November 3rd to 8th 1997. - The 2nd festival in Moscow (Russia) in September 1999 - The festival in Madrid (Spain) in November 2001 was cancelled. - The 3rd festival in Munich (Germany) from November 18th to 23rd 2004 - The 4th festival in Helsniki (Finland) from May 22nd to 27th 2006 - The 5th festival in Antwerp (Belgium) from November 9th to 16th 2008 - The 6th festival in Ljubljana in 2010 from October 2rd to 9th 2010. • To promote deaf artists in the world of art and culture. • To support cultural and art exchanges in sign language among European deaf artists. • To raise consciousness of the world of hearing on all that relates to the art and culture of the deaf • To organize training courses in sign language for the deaf artists within the framework of the social advancement. AIMS of the Organization: • To support and encourage the exchanges in sign language and oral language between the deaf and the hearing artists. • To be made represented in Europe and in the European organizations • To collaborate with other art and culture organizations in the name of the deaf persons and deaf people • To promote information and experiements exchange among organizations working in favor of the deaf persons within Europe. The preparations of the next Festival are in full swing. All the countries of Europe are invited to take part in it. European associations are invited to affiliate itself with SALVIA.
